Pete is Executive Chef (Sago House, Low Tide, Underdog Inn). Originally from Queensland, Australia, Chef Pete gained his appreciation for cooking when trying to impress a highschool girlfriend, followed quickly by his first professional kitchen experience at a fish and chip shop in his hometown of Toowoomba. After working his way up in kitchens from Melbourne to a luxury ocean lodge on Kangaroo Island, Chef Pete made the move to London in 2016, where he really began to develop his own culinary style as Head Chef at Pitt Cue.
