Phil Gutman is the driving force behind Brown Harris Stevens in South Florida. As President of the Miami operations, Phil leads the Brown Harris Stevens’ six flagship offices and has a team of over 200 multilingual, award-winning Realtor professionals. With a history of sales and management success, he is tasked with the implementation of recruiting and growth strategies for Brown Harris Stevens.

Formerly the Vice President of Sales at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Phil spearheaded the sales strategy for the brokerage’s high profile Florida projects, a portfolio of over $3 billion dollars in real estate.

With an impressive resume that includes more than a decade of proven executive level leadership in real estate and hospitality development projects, Phil has been instrumental leading a number of successful sales teams, including the largest residential project in the United States: the Las Vegas’ Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino. Phil’s key approach and direction over the project, which included strategic planning, financial management, training, quality control and negotiation, resulted in the sale of over 1,800 units in 18 months with an astounding $1.275 billion in revenue, an achievement that has yet to be surpassed.
