As the Program Director of Eagles’ Haven, she oversees the intensive case management, crisis care, wellness programming, support groups, psychoeducational trainings, and suicide prevention to the community impacted by the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas Highschool on 02.14.18. Eagles' Haven is lovingly funded by the Children’s Services Council of Broward, along with grants from Parkland Cares and Baptist Health.
We will honor each of the 17 victims throughout the day with a special activity that will highlight the unique and beautiful life that was in each of them. We will integrate sound healing, movement, meditation, and therapeutic art along with therapy ponies and dogs to comfort the community.
