Dr. Rosanna Duncan is Chief Diversity Officer at Palladium, a global impact firm with operations in over 90 countries. This involves maximising the opportunities that can be realised by embracing diversity and inclusion (D&I) for employees, communities, clients, and supply chains. Rosanna draws upon a 20+ year record of multi-sector achievement that includes embedding D&I contractor requirements into Europe’s largest infrastructure project, High Speed Rail (HS2) Ltd. Underpinning her experience are a PhD and membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), as well as a significant body of research and internationally published work on a range of D&I related topics. Rosanna is also a member of UK Research & Innovation’s (UKRI) Equality, Diversity and Inclusion external advisory group.
