Samantha is the Senior Vice President of People Strategy at Hired. In her role, she focuses on employee engagement, company culture, executive coaching, and performance management. Prior to Hired, Samantha led HR analytics, strategy, and IT at Penguin Random House. She has a breadth of experience across a variety of areas, spanning employee relations, organizational design, diversity, equity and inclusion, compliance, benefits, and compensation management.
Employee trust is the foundation of a strong and positive company culture and overall business success. If employees do not trust their managers or management teams—and vice versa—it can create an environment where people feel unvalued, unheard and, even in some cases, unsafe when it comes to raising their voices about workplace concerns and issues.
