Corporate life, was the only life I knew, I'd worked in many industries for 20 years. When my role was made redundant, I was relieved. I had the highest engagement scores in my division, I put my people first, I helped them achieve their dreams, bypassing and negotiating bureaucracy and office politics. I leveraged my connections to get my people what they needed, so my teams felt strong and got promoted, gained extra skills and are on the journey they wanted to be on. So I decided to be a Coach, focusing on increasing women's confidence, helping them with their so called- 'imposter syndrome', setting and achieving goals, breaking things down into small, long lasting changes. Helping women feel accountable, supported and able to do whatever they want.
