Sarah is the VP Enterprise Surveys and Analytics at Perceptyx, Inc. She is responsible for developing survey strategy for complex, multinational clients; analyzing survey results in a way that directs senior leaders and employees down a path of organization improvement; provide research insights and guidance to the field or employee engagement and organization research. Additionally, she is a recognized expert in the field of Employee Engagement, Organizational Surveys, and Strategic Human Resources Research. And a popular speaker at HR and IO conferences.
She received her B.A. from Purdue University and an MA, PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University.
