Mr. Pinto has consulted with various schools, businesses, and organizations on mental health initiatives such as: executive management, leadership, resilience, mindfulness, peak performance, and work/life integration. Most notably, Mr. Pinto has worked with the Long Island Junior Ducks training in peak performance combining coaching and psychological interventions to improve sport performance.
After completing his executive coaching certification from NYU, Mr. Pinto founded SJP personal development in 2015. His concentration continues to be coaching and consultancy focused on the integration of mental health and wellness in the modern workplace
Professionally, Mr. Pinto has worked with Family Service League and The Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence. Mr. Pinto received his Mental Health Counseling degree from C.W. Post with a focus on mental health conditions and disorders.
Mr. Pinto also holds certifications from the National Board of Certified Counselors as well as the National Association of Anger Management, where he has worked with mandated and voluntary clients. He holds certifications in executive coaching, integrative nutrition for mental health and EMDR.
Mr. Pinto has consulted various group practices on organizational growth, and operations. He works extensively with local schools, agencies and community officials to provide educational programs focused on mental health and resilience based strategies. Mr. Pinto has recently published his first book, “Choose it! Six Pillars for Consistency and Follow-Through.”
Currently, Mr. Pinto works in private practice in Cold Spring Harbor, NY and speaks professionally in the northeast.
