Sunny Thompson is a skilled litigator with extensive labor and employment law experience. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Sunny was the vice president and associate general counsel for a multinational senior living company, where she provided legal and strategic business advice. She managed a large docket of labor and employment cases, including civil actions, state regulatory investigations, EEOC proceedings, and class actions for wage and hour claims. Sunny has extensive real estate experience working with REITs on operating agreements for senior housing properties and real estate development work. Additionally, she managed other civil litigation for the company, including a consumer class action, contract disputes, indemnity demands, and enforcement of trademark and intellectual property rights.
