Swati Kelkar joined maurices in September 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, product development and business incubation. She is a “tour de force” in apparel brands, and in addition to her breadth of experience, considers her proudest career moments in developing her teams.

Swati’s experience includes Club Monaco (senior product development and sourcing roles), American Eagle Outfitters (SVP of Product Development), Talbots (SVP of Global Sourcing), Kenneth Cole (EVP, Supply Chain and Global Sourcing), and Kit and Ace (Chief Product Officer). Swati has additional international work experience from Calida (Switzerland) and Reebok (Mauritius).

At maurices, Swati oversees global sourcing and new business development. Swati has been instrumental in concepting and bringing evsie™, a brand for tween girls, to life. In addition to evsie, Swati incubates new category expansions for maurices.

Swati serves on the Board of Directors for Clothing for Care, Inc., a nonprofit helping to transform the lives of children and youth through charitable associations.
