Tai is an executive vice president at United Minds, a Weber Shandwick management consultancy. She leads the organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion offering. With more than fifteen years of experience, Tai advises public and private organizations on various issues, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, brand reputation management and corporate social responsibility. Tai is Prosci certified in Change Management and is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society Future Leaders Experience. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
