Hi, I’m Tamanna, an immigrant and high-skill STEM professional in America, Founder of Spark Careers (my personal brand), and Director of Global Innovation Programs at The Coca-Cola Company (dayjob). Over the past decade, I’ve successfully navigated five career pivots—from product developer to career coach—while overcoming systemic barriers like immigration, equity gaps, and workplace bias.

I’m on a mission to empower 1 million women and minorities in America by 2060 through personalized coaching for career advancement and fulfillment. My expertise spans diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), professional development, and creative career pathing, making me a go-to voice on navigating challenges and seizing opportunities in today’s evolving workplace especially for Millennials and Gen Z.

Through my leadership in professional organizations, including founding IFT's Women’s Resource Group, I’ve driven initiatives that amplify underrepresented voices, improve workplace equity, and build impactful communities. My story resonates with those pursuing the American Dream and those breaking barriers in STEM, business, and leadership.

If you’re looking for insights on overcoming systemic workplace challenges, championing equity, or building unconventional career paths, let’s connect to craft a powerful and inspiring story.

Instead, she advocates for transparent performance metrics and empathetic offboarding to maintain morale and productivity.
