Dr. Euliano is a professor of anesthesiology at the University of Florida with 20+ years experience primarily with obstetric patients, including research (numerous articles, several patents, a commercial product for maternal-fetal monitoring, service on NIH review panels). She is an award-winning teacher, served as residency program director, and published an introductory text of anesthesia (Essential Anesthesia: from science to practice) now in its second edition. Her YouTube channel of teaching videos has >100K views. She has recently embarked on an encore career as a fiction author. Her debut medical thriller, Fatal Intent, was published last March (paperback comes out in March 2022 and sequel January 2023). It deals with end of life issues and the need for Living Wills and Healthcare surrogates and includes favorable blurbs by Lee Child, Tess Gerritsen and Kathy Reichs, among others.
