Tina D’Agostin is the CEO of Alcatraz AI, an artificial intelligence company using facial authentication technology to bring to market autonomous access control products focused on simplicity, security, and privacy. Ms. D’Agostin previously served as the Chief Revenue Officer for Alcatraz AI, driving top-line growth. As CEO, she plans to take Alcatraz AI into its next chapter of accelerating the global adoption of facial identity, making it the access control credential of choice.
Ms. D’Agostin learned the fundamentals of the security industry working at Per Mar Security as the company’s top salesperson and was ranked in the top 10 in the industry for the Security Network of America (SNA). She learned to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment through her responsibilities in account sales at Configuresoft. At the time, the company was considered one of the fastest-growing companies, according to Inc Magazine. Then she became the Vice President at Niscayah in Chicago, the youngest and only female on the RVP executive team in the US, responsible for growing a profitable security business in 12 states. Before joining Alcatraz AI, Ms. D’Agostin worked as a General Manager at Johnson Controls, where she led large, diverse teams across every business function, including sales, marketing, operations, and engineering.
Tina earned her B.S. in Psychology and her MBA from Rockford University. She also achieved professional certifications in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Energy Innovation & Emerging Technologies from Stanford University.
