Trish Cox | Source | Head of Operations at Galileo Financial Technologies

Trish Cox is Head of Operations at Galileo Financial. In this role, she oversees Galileo’s customer and client experience, customer and client support, relationship and project management, chargeback/disputes and fraud–all for the purpose of facilitating the company’s continuing growth as the platform for the world’s most innovative fintechs and financial services providers.

Prior to joining Galileo, Cox served as chief operating officer, Population Health at $15.3 billion WellCare Health Plans, acquired last year by Centene, and as senior vice president of service experience at Anthem, where she managed a nearly $1 billion budget and led key service experience and business operations. Additionally, she spent 15+ years at Charles Schwab in senior executive positions, including chief operating officer for Schwab Advisor Services.

Cox holds an MBA from Virginia Tech and is a graduate of Harvard University’s General Management Program.
