Arajet CEO Víctor Miguel Pacheco Méndez is a Dominican businessman and entrepreneur with prior ventures in the financial and banking sectors. After 10 years developing Arajet as the first low-priced Caribbean-based airline, Victor leads the development of the airline’s brand, services, destinations, and strategy. He is dedicated to advancing Arajet as the flagship airline of the Dominican Republic and advancing the country’s aviation and tourism sectors, while maintaining a positive and collaborative culture that passengers can feel on board.

Victor has experience in strategic planning, and international business, commercial strategy, fintech and technological development. Prior to Arajet, Victor founded Dominican Wings, after recognizing the need for a national airline in the Dominican Republic, and FlyCana in 2018m, founding Laytrip Inc., which honed his aviation industry expertise.
