With over 15 years of experience in almost all facets of real estate, Zack Elias has excelled at managing agents with both sales and rental transaction and procuring new landlord relationships, getting over 300 new accounts at a previous firm on top of their already comprehensive database. Before joining REAL New York, Zack has worked as the Territory & Landlord Relations Manager, Rental Manager, and Listings Manager at several competing firms where he developed an elite skillset.

In addition to cultivating relationships with landlords and property managers, Zack enjoys mentoring agents, and aiding with recruitment and new agent training. Now, as Sales Manager at REAL New York, Zack takes great pride in watching the next generations of agents blossom and grow from a background mainly in rental transactions to developing a true “hybrid” specialty, working seamlessly with renters, buyers, and sellers alike.
