Zachary practices exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation. Zack advises and defends a range of insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and employers all across South Carolina. He has defended hundreds of workers’ compensation claims in the state of South Carolina, and is experienced at every level of the workers’ compensation claim handling process. Prior to joining Turner Padget, he practiced in the field of workers’ compensation defense at a large regional law firm representing a wide range of employers and insurance carriers. While Zack has years of experience handling a wide range of workers’ compensation claims, he realizes that each claim is unique. He takes a hands-on approach and believes that it is important to be available to both the employer and the insurance carrier during each step of the claim handling process.
