The Baltimore Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Awards honor the best and brightest of Greater Baltimore — individuals who stand out from the crowd for their strong commitment to their companies, nonprofits and community.

In 2024, the BBJ will again recognize 40 outstanding young professionals under the age of 40 who are making noteworthy contributions to Greater Baltimore. Each year, the BBJ’s editorial staff chooses the next 40 Under 40 class from hundreds of submitted nominations. This group represents the best of the region’s young businesspeople

The BBJ editorial staff will choose the winners and unveil them online in September. We will also feature 2024’s honorees at an event in December, as well as in profiles published online and in print..
