The Boston Business Journal's 2024 list of the fastest-growing private companies in Massachusetts will include privately held, Massachusetts-based businesses that recorded the highest revenue growth from 2020 through 2023. To be considered, companies need to have had a baseline of $1 million in revenue for 2023 and at least $500,000 in revenue for 2020.

All requested revenue figures must be provided and should be actual and rounded to the nearest thousand. All requested revenue numbers will be published. Only companies headquartered in Massachusetts will be considered. Local private companies will be ranked by percentage of revenue growth from 2020 to 2023.
