The Best Managed & Sustainable Property Awards (BMSPA) introduced by EdgeProp Malaysia in 2017 to benchmark Malaysian property management practices against the best-in-class globally, has not only raised the bar for the industry, but also kick-started the urgently-needed conversation among property stakeholders for Malaysian real estate to be designed, built and maintained sustainably.To step up the efforts to promote the awards and its objectives, the awards will now be hosted by The Edge Malaysia and will assume the name, The Edge Malaysia Best Managed & Sustainable Property Awards.

Residential
1. Multiple-owned Strata Residential
2. Non-strata Residential
3. Single-owned Residential in a Mixed Strata
Office
4. Multiple-owned Strata Office
5. Non-strata Office
6. Single-owned Office in a Mixed Strata
7. Mixed Development (entire)
8. Retail
9. Sustainable Affordable Housing (Projects currently priced at up to RM500,000)
10. Re-purposed Buildings
