And we’re also recognising in-house teams and people at different stages of their careers from rising star through to those who demonstrate excellence in HR leadership. Remember that as a profession we’re not great at shouting about our own successes, so look at the folk around you and nominate colleagues, bosses, or other individuals who show a real commitment to championing better work and working lives.
