Every year since 2012, the DCFA has presented a ' Deal of the Year Award' for the most significant transaction of the year. The expert jury defines leading as: the multidisciplinary character of the transaction, the creativity and expertise of the dealmakers themselves and the final result achieved.
Unlike many existing (and often sponsored) awards, the deal size is not important.
