We have spent 19 years connecting and celebrating the leaders in tech and telecommunications in East Africa. The coveted East Africa Com Awards celebrate the pioneering individuals and companies in the region. East Africa Com is part of the Connecting Africa series alongside Africa Tech Festival (the home of AfricaCom), the continent's largest tech event. Participants include telecommunications operators, leading technology platforms, hardware vendors, connectivity providers, startups, philanthropists and technology companies driving progress. East Africa is home to a large start-up ecosystem, so we also support pre-seed startups and pre-launch projects.
