With those facts in mind, it is no surprise that companies are investing in customer experience and customer service programs to drive loyalty and develop deeper relationships with their customers.

For 2020 we are once again hosting the Excellence in Customer Service Awards. Unlike other programs, we will celebrate those who are winning by supporting their own customers and those who are developing the tools to help others find success.

The Excellence in Customer Service Award will be given out for superior performances in the past 12 months. Nominees will select an award category and their industry. Consultants, outsource partners and technology providers can choose either the industry they specialize in or their own industry.
