The inagural Memphis Business Journal Expand, DE&I in Business Awards, aims to recognize companies and individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to promoting practices that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and in business leadership.
MBJ is looking for companies that have concrete programs that have delivered measurable results and individuals who, through their leadership, have made the Memphis area a better place for the community.
Award categories are purposely broad-based so that nominees of any scale can provide vivid stories of people, programs, practices, policy, and partnerships that have increased diversity, promoted equity, and advanced full inclusion.
