Investment banks have faced a new and difficult global environment with rising interest rates and fewer public offerings and mergers and acquisitions than at the start of the pandemic. The increased competition to help companies raise capital has highlighted each bank’s knowledge, skills and capabilities like never before. Global Finance’s Best Investment Bank Awards acknowledge the leaders across sectors and remain a valuable resource for the industry.
Global Finance editors, with input from industry experts, will use a series of criteria—including entries from banks, market share, number and size of deals, service and advice, structuring capabilities, distribution network, efforts to address market conditions, innovation, pricing, after-market performance of underwritings and market reputation—to score and select winners, based on a proprietary algorithm.
Winners will be published in the April print and digital editions as well as on GFMag.com. Honorees are celebrated at Global Finance’s Best Investment Banks and Sustainable Finance Awards in London.
