Deal of the Year (above £10m)
• Merger of Flagship Housing Group and Victory Housing Trust (PwC)
The deal created the largest housing association in the East of England, collectively managing 28,000 homes across East Anglia alone. The merged group now plans to invest more than £500m to build 10,000 affordable homes in the region.
