The merger has strengthened MightyHive’s analytics capabilities and expanded its footprint in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

WINNER: Merger of Chandlers Building Supplies with Parkers Building Supplies (RSM Corporate Finance, DMH Stallard)
The merger was completed with the support of Parker's strategic partner, Cairngorm Capital, and resulted in an enlarged group comprising 38 branches, with combined revenues of £180m and more than 750 employees.

Dealmaker of the Year
WINNER: Ian Milne, Spectrum Corporate Finance
Milne, who co-founded Spectrum in 2010, provides transaction-driven debt advisory services to company owners and private equity investors across the South East. He advised on 23 deals during the year including the acquisition of Gritit by Total Capital Partners, the acquisition of Microgen Financial Systems by Silverfleet Capital and the refinancing of Kynetec.
