In March 2022, the SVBJ will for the third year produce a signature publication and event shining the spotlight on the state of Latinx diversity, inclusion and leadership in business in the Silicon Valley. As part of an awards program that recognizes outstanding Latino business leaders in the area, we also will honor at least two companies — one large, one SMB — that have gone the extra mile in words and deeds to promote diversity.
