Leaders in Diversity recognizes companies and individuals that excel in all areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We will recognize companies and individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to promoting practices that advance diversity in the workplace, in business leadership and the broader economy.
We will be looking for those that have concrete programs that have delivered measurable results and individuals who, through their leadership, have made Birmingham's economy more diverse and inclusive.
Nominations will be accepted for the following categories:
• Outstanding Organization
• Outstanding Initiative or Program
