Leaders in Diversity recognizes companies and individuals that excel in all areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We will recognize companies and individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to promoting practices that advance diversity in the workplace, in business leadership and the broader economy.
For the individual awards, we are looking for leaders who have proven to be champions of diversity in their companies, their industries and the metro Birmingham community.
Nominations will be accepted for the following categories:
• Outstanding CEO
• Outstanding Diversity and Inclusion Leader
