Nominations are now being accepted for the 10th Annual International M&A Awards presented by The M&A Advisor, the world’s foremost M&A, restructuring, and financing leadership organization.

The 10th Annual International M&A Awards – the benchmark for international dealmaking excellence-will recognize the leading international M&A Transactions, Restructurings, and Financings; products and services used internationally; and firms and professionals who are active internationally. In addition to celebrating the accomplishments of the top performers of the year, the Awards will recognize the 2018 Lifetime Achievement and Leadership Award winners for their contributions to international dealmaking.

*QUALIFYING CRITERIA*

Last year, we have expanded the range of international deals and professionals that qualify for the awards. While the transaction must have an international element, transactions do not need to be cross border to qualify. There is no requirement that one of the parties is a US company. Cross Border deals do indeed qualify, but so do deals involving multinational corporations or other international stakeholders, as well as deals that result in enhanced international market presence or capabilities.
Minimum value of $10 million USD.

Transaction concluded in 2017.

Firms, Product/Services, and/or Professionals must have been active internationally in 2017.

The awards will be presented at an exclusive Gala Ceremony, held during the 2018 International Financial Forum in New York, NY. This exclusive invitation-only conference, featuring a Faculty of over 50 industry stalwarts and 500 delegates, will include the world’s top dealmakers and other key market experts - academic, media and political leaders, discussing the key issues facing international M&A markets today.
