Nominations for our 2023 40 Under 40 awards are open. We know the Milwaukee area is filled with young talent — now it’s time to let everyone know who they are. Nominate your top candidate today.
The Milwaukee area is full of talented young people who make significant contributions to their professions and the community. You know the ones - they're viewed as rising stars by their peers, friends and managers. Sometimes they're easy to recognize and sometimes they fly under the radar. Here's an opportunity to put them in the spotlight and share their story.
The Milwaukee Business Journal is seeking nominations for its annual 40 Under 40 awards section to be published in March 2023. This special section profiles area individuals under age 40 who are making a difference in their industries as well as in their communities. Winners also will be honored at an awards event.
Whom should I nominate?
You should nominate someone who is an established business leader, entrepreneur, community leader or up-and-comer who has blazed a trail in the business world in their careers. We're looking for quantifiable results and compelling stories to tell our readers. Nominees should be the best and brightest our community has to offer. Keep in mind, multiple nominations for the same person do not enhance the nominee's chances of being selected as a winner (this is not a popularity contest).
Why should I nominate someone?
This is a chance to honor a peer, a young mentor or someone you admire. It is also an opportunity to share an inspiring story of success with others. If you know someone who serves as an example to you, this is your chance to help share that person's story with a larger audience.
