Each year the CFO Awards recognize the often unsung leadership role CFOs have in the important works nonprofits do, working generally behind the scene as a key supporter of the executive director, to keep the organization moving forward.
One could argue that the role of the nonprofit CFO has never been more important. Outside of the CEO, no other role has been tasked, so directly, in so many ways, with navigating through this incredibly challenging time.
As the world adapts, we are committing to adapting too. In 2020, the Nonprofit CFO Awards will present the Courageous Nonprofit CFO series. Throughout the remainder of this year, we will feature a class of nonprofit finance professionals who have been nominated within the industry. Features will be a mix of digital profiles, case studies and video interviews.
