The Central Penn Business Journal’s annual Nonprofit Innovation Awards event recognizes local 501(c)(3) nonprofits who have implemented new innovations to improve their organization or the people they serve in the past 18 months.
What are the different categories?
• Branding Identity/Unique Marketing Campaign: This category recognizes nonprofits that utilize unique and innovative marketing concepts to attract financial support, volunteers and/or clients.
• Collaboration: This category recognizes an innovative collaborative effort between a nonprofit and another organization to accomplish a common goal that they otherwise wouldn’t be able to achieve.
• Management Operations: This category recognizes innovation in organizational operations that have resulted in their increased success of their mission.
• Nonprofit Leadership Excellence: This category recognizes an innovative nonprofit leader whose accomplishments have advanced his/her organization and positively impacted the community.
• Programs: This category recognizes innovative programming that has resulted in the organization’s increased success in achievement of their mission.
