Ever since we launched the Northern Housing Awards in 2018, it has been our mission to shine a light on the individuals and organisations who make it their mission to improve homes and communities in the north.

Much has happened in the four years since, but one thing that has remained constant is the pool of talented and dedicated people who continually strive to make our corner of the country a better place.

From housing associations to local authorities, contractors to suppliers, there is not one part of our sector that doesn’t deserve recognition - especially given the unique times in which we find ourselves.
