People after all, are the heartbeat of any successful organisation. Their enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment to go the extra mile is what transforms a ‘good retailer’ to a ‘knock out’ amazing company with a growing bottom line to match.
The awards will look at both individuals and businesses. Often, the spotlight is on the personalities in the boardroom, but we know, everyone can make a difference. Over the past few years, we’ve really seen retail rockstars demonstrate their talent on the front line. These Awards are an opportunity to balance the scales a little by focusing on the contribution at ALL levels of the business, especially the ‘front of customer’ troops.
