Join us in honoring business leaders and companies raising the bar to advance LGBTQ+ equality and leadership in the workplace.

Now in its 8th year, our LGBTQ+ Business Awards (formerly known as Business of Pride) will honor the people and companies that are making progress and setting new standards for Greater Washington’s LGBTQ+ business community.

The LGBTQ+ Business Awards will recognize individual honorees who support and promote the LGBTQ+ communities by making a difference in the corporate world, as well as, outstanding employee resource groups that are advancing LGBTQ+ leadership and equality.

We’re looking for:

• Leading voices: Greater Washington’s LGBTQ+ champions who are making a difference in the region’s business world. Individuals must live and work in the D.C. metro area. Tell us about these advocates and inspiring leaders of the community.
• Corporate allies: Greater Washington-based companies that are advancing LGBTQ+ equality in the workplace and in the broader community where they call home.
• Allies: We also want to recognize non-LGBTQ+ leaders who are going out of their way to support and advocate for making Greater Washington a better place to live and work for the LGBTQ+ community
