This award will go to the firm (vendor or end-user) that has sought to promote women where appropriate and remediate the historic gender imbalance across the capital markets.
Rising star
This award will go to a woman working in technology or data who has already had an impact of her organisation even though she isn't yet in a senior managerial position.
Engineer/programmer of the year
This award will go to a programmer who has had a material impact on her constituents through the software she has developed and delivered for them.
Data science professional of the year
This award will go to a woman who has shown leadership/expertise in the field of data science through managing large data sets, interrogating that data, and deriving value from it through advanced analytics.
