This year, we look at new challenges and opportunities in the apartment industry in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura Counties. In addition, we will look at the burgeoning single family build to rent sector.

The conference addresses roadblocks in the real estate capital markets today due to increased interest rates, as well as the impact a recession could have on rents and occupancy. Best practices in property management as well as new technology solutions will be addressed. We will also look at ongoing, chronic issues in new development, as well as the hunt for increasingly rare value-add deals that pencil out. We wrap up the day with an all important Macro Trends panel that looks at the major forces impacting the industry’s performance in the coming years.
