It will be organized in collaboration with and hosted by the Policy Centre for the New South to coincide with the occasion of the Annual Meetings of the World Bank and IMF. The Forum will start with an opening session at the end of the afternoon followed by a reception and dinner on the given date.
The tentative agenda for the Forum will focus on the following issues:

2. Climate Change: With Focus on Climate Change Finance
3. Fighting Food Security, Climate Change and Agricultural Production
4. Improving Governance in Emerging Market Economies
5. Long Term Prospects of Africa
