Each year, the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate hosts a Real Estate Career Expo at USD. Dozens of company representatives from the real estate industry meet with students in a "speed-networking" format, enabling students to participate in six-minute-long informational interviews.
Following the last round, students have the opportunity to network with company representatives which they did not have the opportunity to meet with or those which they would like to spend some additional time with.
Company representatives receive a résumé book of those real estate students who attend the Expo. Many students receive callbacks to follow-up interviews for open positions as a result of this event.
