This annual program has a two-fold objective: First, to celebrate the talent and accomplishments of Canada’s hedge fund industry. Second, to raise awareness of that expertise in the media and among the wider investment community.
A total of 226 Canadian hedge funds are being considered for a 2021 CHFA in 5 categories: Equity Focused, Credit Focused, Market Neutral, Global Macro/Managed Futures/Multi-Strat, and Private Debt. There will also be an award for the Best Overall 2021 Canadian Hedge Fund (based on combined 10-year returns and Sharpe ratios.
