• Know the proper record-keeping for the Fair Labors Standards Act (FLSA).
• Identify the laws of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) and workers’ compensation.
• Have an in-depth understanding of depository contracts.
