In 2024, we want to bring together the decision-makers in the automotive industry again as part of the summit and, under the title “Future of Automotive Law”, deal with the groundbreaking topics that will shape the legal and strategic landscape of the automotive industry in the coming years and decades become.
Bridging the gap between practice and law
In the second edition of the RAW Summit, we will focus on some of the industry's major strategy topics and, in addition to the legal issues, will also shed light on the technical challenges in order to build a bridge between law and practice. The focus of the conference will be on the topic blocks (i) ESG compliance and strategy, (ii) digitalization of the vehicle and (iii) corporate governance with the focus on “dealing with cyber attacks” and “whistleblowing handling”.
Developments in these areas will shape the industry in the coming years - from new requirements around ESG reporting and strategic planning, to the technical and legal challenges of autonomous driving and the collection, storage and use of vehicle data, to dealing with external cyber -Attacks and internal and external whistleblower reports. At the same time, shareholders, (potential) customers, competitors, the capital market and other external parameters, such as: B. political tensions and climate change, the formulation and implementation of clear strategies. It is therefore necessary to actively deal with the existing opportunities and challenges.
