In 2006 we ran our first event in Birmingham. Since then over 60,000 visitors have benefited from face to face expert property advice and an introduction to a wealth of overseas properties from around the globe.
Many of our visitors from the Midlands are at the beginning of their purchasing journey - some just looking for ideas on types of properties available and locations that would suit their lifestyle. Others have found their dream property and now need help and advice on how to go about buying that property.
The Birmingham show caters for buyers at all points of their journey. In addition to overseas property agents and private sellers, the show features a host of professional services firms. These firms provide a wide range of services including financial, currency transfer, legal, tax and relocation advice.
