The aim of the seminar is to impart the relevant basic knowledge in the areas of law and taxes as well as fund accounting in relation to the accounting of open real estate funds according to the KAGB. The basic modules are aimed at new employees in fund accounting as well as employees from other areas of a real estate asset management company (e.g. sales, FM, AM) who receive an overview of the essential requirements for accounting for real estate special assets or who have existing knowledge want to deepen.
The seminar takes place online over two days.
