Young adulthood is a time of life when people need to be able to invest in themselves in their own development. Working long hours in a low-wage job is usually incompatible with having the time to successfully attend full-time school or training, which is critical for academic success. This session is part of the Roundtable Discussion Series that includes four sessions. Each session will be designed as a standalone discussion, but funders are encouraged to attend the entire series.

• Explore the financial challenges that youth between the ages of 16-25 who are neither in school nor working.
• Learn about models to connect youth to affordable and effective training and educational programs
