In an increasingly polarized culture, how can we bridge the divide and where does the United States Supreme Court fit into the process? Keith Bradley, former judicial clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (2010-2011), and Aaron Van Oort, former judicial clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia (2000-2001), will discuss how the United States Supreme Court cooperatively and collaboratively works through ideological differences to find common ground. Keith and Aaron will share their anecdotal experiences and thoughts on the inner-workings of the Court, including a forward thinking discussion of how the Court may (or may not) continue reaching across the bench. Panelists: Keith Bradley, Partner, Squire Patton Boggs; Aaron Van Oort, Partner, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath
